论公安民警的武力使用能力

【摘要】：公安民警的武力使用能力因公安机关的"武装性质"使其在执法综合能力中居于重要地位。在恐怖袭击、极端暴力犯罪不断发生,暴力袭警、暴力抗法问题突出的当下,提高公安民警的武力使用能力,对于保护人民群众的人身、财产安全,减少公安民警的伤亡,有效维护社会稳定具有重要的理论与现实意义。提高公安民警的武力使用能力应充分了解和掌握武力使用的法律法规,把握其运用的基本原则,并从观察和控制现场情景入手,通过对事发现场的把握与判断,决定采取相应的武力措施,从而在与违法犯罪分子的博弈中立于不败之地,顺利完成法律赋予的使命。

Effective maintenance of social stability has important theoretical and practical significance. To improve the ability of the police to use force, we should fully understand and master the laws and regulations of the use of force, grasp the basic principles of the use of force, and begin with observing and controlling the scene of the scene, and through the grasp and judgment of the scene of the incident, Decided to take appropriate force measures, thus in the game with criminals in an invincible position, the smooth completion of the mission entrusted by the law.
