政治信任视角下的和谐警民关系及其构建

【摘要】：政治信任理论以人的本性、情感与判断进行态度、行为选择分析,以社会交往、社会关系和心理、权力、利益等元因素为主要论证单元,对和谐警民关系的建设具有较好的解释性与证明力。应建立主动、为民的"人民公安"理念,以民众利益诉求满足为工作切入点,将大众评估纳入公安政策的评估体系,强化队伍建设、重视情感沟通的基础性作用。警务决策的民意导向、警务实施的民生本位、警务开展的民众参与、警务过程的民主监督,构成建设和谐警民关系的现实路径。
[Abstract]:The theory of political trust is based on human nature, emotion and judgment, behavior choice analysis, social interaction, social relations and psychology, power, interests, etc. It has good explanation and proof to the construction of harmonious relationship between police and people. The idea of "people's public security" should be set up actively and for the people, and the people's interests should be satisfied as the starting point, the public evaluation should be brought into the evaluation system of the public security policy, the construction of the team should be strengthened, and the basic role of emotional communication should be attached importance to. The realistic path of constructing harmonious relationship between the police and the people is the public opinion orientation of the police decision-making, the standard of the people's livelihood in the implementation of the police affairs, the popular participation of the police service, and the democratic supervision of the police service process.
