“央强地弱”政治信任结构与群体性事件——基于中国综合社会调查的定量研究

【摘要】：立足于政治心理与非传统政治参与的理论联系,实证差序化政治信任结构与我国群体性事件发生机理,结果表明:"央强地弱"政治信任结构不仅显著影响居民对周边群体性事件的感知及参与水平,还调节居民参与周边群体性事件的抗争行为,表现在家庭支出压力越大的群体更倾向于采取"越级维权"的抗争策略。数据揭示:一方面,民众对中央政府的高度信任为政治统治的合法化提供了民主基础;另一方面,民众寄希望于中央政府维护自己合法利益与现行"属地管理、分级负责"的行政管理原则相违背。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical relationship between political psychology and untraditional political participation, the differential political trust structure and the occurrence mechanism of group events in China are demonstrated. The results show that the structure of political trust not only significantly affects the perception and participation level of the surrounding group events, but also regulates the protest behavior of the residents participating in the surrounding group events. The higher the pressure of family expenditure, the more inclined to adopt the strategy of "leapfrogging rights". The data reveal that, on the one hand, the people's high trust in the central government provides a democratic basis for the legalization of political rule; on the other hand, the people hope that the central government will safeguard their legitimate interests and the existing "territorial management". The principle of "administrative responsibility at different levels" is contrary to the principle of administrative management.
