杜火灾之“渐”重防“微”

【摘要】：正 每到岁末年初,防火灾高发已是老生常谈。12月5日,俄罗斯彼尔姆市夜总会因舞台表演违规燃放烟花爆竹引起火灾,死亡逾110人,另有120余人受伤,部分伤员仍处危险期。中国又岂可掉以轻心?年初,1月31日,福建省长乐市区的一家酒吧,因客人过生日在桌上燃放烟花,酿成15人死亡、24人受伤的火灾。诸如此类的惨剧并不鲜见。事实上,近年来,有关部门的防火意识已明显提升。比如,2007年,乌鲁木齐8家重大火灾隐患单位责任人签署军令状,承诺在年底前对存在的火灾隐患完全整改。2008年,有省市表示,要在年底前彻底杜绝员工宿舍、生产、储存于一体的"三合一"场所。
[Abstract]:At the end of the year and at the beginning of the year, the high incidence of fire prevention is commonplace. On December 5, Russian nightclubs in Perm, Russia, died more than 110 people and injured more than 120 others when they set off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of stage performances. Some of the wounded are still in critical condition. How can China take it lightly? Early this year, a bar in Changle, Fujian province, set off fireworks on a table for guests' birthdays, killing 15 people and injuring 24 others. Such tragedies are not uncommon. In fact, in recent years, the fire awareness of the relevant departments has increased significantly. For example, in 2007, the responsible persons of eight major fire hazards units in Urumqi signed a military writ, promising to completely correct the existing fire hazards by the end of the year. In 2008, some provinces and cities said they would completely eliminate staff dormitories and production by the end of the year. Storage in one of the "three in one" place.
