我国社会治安综合治理中的平安建设问题论析

【摘要】： 平安建设,就是以一定的行政区域和基层单位为范围,全面加强社会治安综合治理,建设平安地区和平安单位,实现社会稳定和人民安居乐业。平安建设是我国社会治安综合治理的新举措,是构建社会主义和谐社会的保障工程,是维护广大人民群众根本利益的民心工程,是提高党的执政能力、巩固党的执政地位的基础工程。 在中共中央政法委员会、中央社会治安综合治理委员会《关于深入开展平安建设的意见》中,对平安建设的指导思想、目标任务和主要措施,都作了明确的规定。自平安建设广泛开展以来,取得了重要的成绩,但也存在着一些具体的问题。当前深入开展平安建设,就是要进一步落实中央关于平安建设的各项措施,特别是要把这些措施落实到基层。 深入开展平安建设,一是要加强思想政治教育,为深入开展平安建设打造坚实的思想政治基础；二是要加强组织建设和制度建设,为深入开展平安建设提供强有力的保证；三是要进一步加强领导,真抓实干,务求平安建设的实效。随着平安建设的深入开展,我国的社会治安综合治理和社会主义和谐社会的构建,必将取得进一步的成绩。
