【摘要】：应用质量变化法及固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法对人体气味在一定空间内的存留时间进行了研究。试验结果表明:在平均温度为25℃,平均相对湿度为64%的房间内,人体气味可存留至少60d,而且至少在20d内人体气味具有较好的质的稳定性。此外,借固相微萃取技术与气相色谱-质谱联用法相结合,检测到人体气味中常见的25种组分。
