论鉴定人助理制度

【摘要】：本文通过列举催生鉴定人助理制度的客观形势,分析该制度产生的主客观因素,阐述鉴定人助理制度和鉴定人助理的概念及制度构架,说明建立鉴定人助理制度有利于稳定司法鉴定人队伍,规范提高司法鉴定从业人员专业素质,推动司法鉴定职业化,是司法鉴定制度改革的必然要求。
[Abstract]:By enumerating the objective situation that gave birth to the system of expert assistants, this paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the system, and expounds the concepts and system framework of the system of expert assistants and expert assistants.
