互联网发展对我国政治安全的影响及对策

【摘要】： 当今世界正酝酿着重大的结构性变化。由于信息技术的推动,旧的体制和格局正在以信息为导向进行重新组合,正在形成国际社会信息化也即全球信息化的新浪潮。 在信息化的影响下,安全领域在不断扩大和细化,国家政治安全的范畴进一步拓展。信息化在为我国政治安全带来机遇的同时,也提出了严重挑战:“信息主权”成为国家主权的重要内容;利用互联网进行西方意识形态渗透日益加剧;民族分裂、极端宗教和网络恐怖主义活动猖獗,严重影响了我国政治秩序稳定;“信息边疆”安全成为国土安全的新内容。 我国作为当今世界最大的社会主义国家,在面临各种国际压力和挑战的情况下,更有必要高度重视国家的政治安全问题。要客观的分析、研究各种威胁因素,了解其产生的根源、表现形式、发展趋势,吸收借鉴其他国家积极有效的做法,制定科学的政治安全战略,从容应对各种压力和挑战,把维护国家的政治安全摆在突出重要的位置。当前,维护好国家政治安全,必须强化信息安全、网络安全意识,树立信息时代新的综合安全观:要大力发展经济,提高科学技术水平,加快我国信息化和网络化建设步伐,努力构筑信息网络安全的技术屏障;积极参与多边合作,寻求维护我国政治安全利益新途径。
