符号互动理论对犯罪原因研究的启示

【摘要】：符号互动是社会成员之间相互作用的社会行动过程。其更关注行动者的行为在特定情境之下的符号意义,以及其他人对该符号意义的理解。符号互动的意义在于,其能够促进社会成员对自我的认识,可以合理满足行动者的各项需求,是社会构成与发展的基础。由此可见,将社会学中的符号互动理论引入犯罪学研究,以其为理论基础对犯罪原因进行解释,将有利于对引发犯罪的矛盾的尽早发现,有利于我们对犯罪动机形成过程的掌握,有利于我们从人际层次出发对犯罪的形成过程进行有力探寻。
[Abstract]:Symbolic interaction is the social action process of interaction among social members. It pays more attention to the symbolic meaning of the actor's behavior in a specific context and the understanding of the symbolic meaning by others. The significance of symbolic interaction is that it can promote social members' understanding of themselves and reasonably meet the needs of actors. It is the foundation of social composition and development. It can be seen that the introduction of the theory of symbolic interaction in sociology into the study of criminology and the explanation of the causes of crime on its theoretical basis will be conducive to the early discovery of the contradictions that lead to the crime. It is helpful for us to grasp the forming process of criminal motivation and to explore the forming process of crime from the interpersonal level.
