P300间接测谎研究

【摘要】: P300测谎常采用双刺激模式和三刺激模式。双刺激模式除了无法保证整个实验过程的注意水平外,其优点显而易见,如所需刺激种类少,实施效率高。因此如何考虑改进双刺激模式来保证实验过程的注意水平是研究所要探讨的主要问题。另外,将改进后的测谎模式应用于模拟盗窃任务是研究所要探讨的第二个问题。 研究对经典的双刺激模式进行改进,将呈现的刺激设置为红和蓝两种颜色属性,实验任务是对刺激的颜色进行辨别的延迟按键反应。由于没有要求对探测的内容进行隐瞒或说谎,所以改进后的范式是一种间接的P300测谎方法。其原理是被试者对刺激颜色分辨的同时对刺激的意义进行了自动化的认知加工,从而诱发了P300波,当比较探测刺激与无关刺激诱发的P300波幅有显著差异时,就可以得出被试者掌握探测刺激的有关内容。 研究共分为两个实验,实验一是个人姓名的P300间接测谎研究,以被试者自己的姓名作为探测刺激,其他不熟悉的四个姓名作为无关刺激,采用改进后的实验范式进行P300间接测谎研究;实验二是模拟盗窃任务的P300间接测谎应用,以模拟盗窃的物品名称为探测刺激,另设置四个与模拟盗窃任务没有直接相关的刺激作为无关刺激,拓展改进后的实验范式的测谎应用。 研究得到以下结论: (1)颜色类别和刺激类型的反应时没有显著差异,无法从反应时资料来推断先前呈现的刺激种类。 (2)本研究的实验范式可以用来进行测谎研究,不管刺激内容是个人信息还是临时习得的模拟盗窃任务的物品信息,Pz点都显示出了探测刺激与无关刺激的显著差异。 (3)Pz点位的颜色类别没有影响到P300波幅刺激类型的差异显著性。 (4)相比较而言,Pz点测谎结果较好,而Fz点和Cz点都不理想。
[Abstract]:Double stimulation mode and three stimulation mode are often used in P 300 polygraph. In addition to the fact that the double stimulation model can not guarantee the attention level of the whole experimental process, its advantages are obvious, such as the need for fewer types of stimulation and high implementation efficiency. Therefore, how to improve the double stimulation mode to ensure the attention level of the experimental process is the main problem to be discussed in the study. In addition, the application of the improved polygraph model to the simulated theft task is the second problem to be discussed. In this paper, the classical double stimulation mode is improved, and the presented stimulus is set to red and blue color attributes. The experimental task is to identify the color of the stimulus by delayed keystroke response. Since there is no requirement to conceal or lie about the detected content, the improved paradigm is an indirect P300 polygraph method. The principle is that the subjects automatically process the meaning of stimulation while distinguishing the color of stimulus, thus inducing P300 wave. When there is a significant difference in the amplitude of P300 wave induced by detection stimulation and unrelated stimulation, It can be concluded that the subjects have mastered the contents of detecting stimuli. The study was divided into two experiments. The first was the P300 indirect polygraph study of personal name, which used the subject's own name as the detection stimulus and the other four unfamiliar names as the unrelated stimulus. The improved experimental paradigm was used to study P300 indirect polygraph. The second experiment is the P300 indirect polygraph application to simulate the theft task, taking the name of the simulated theft item as the detection stimulus, and setting up four stimuli that are not directly related to the simulated theft task as unrelated stimuli. Expand the application of the improved experimental paradigm in polygraph detection. The results are as follows: (1) there is no significant difference in response time between color type and stimulus type, and the type of stimulation can not be inferred from the response time data. (2) the experimental paradigm of this study can be used for polygraph research. whether the stimulus content is personal information or the temporarily acquired object information of simulated theft task, the Pz dot shows a significant difference between the detection stimulus and the unrelated stimulus. (3) the color type of Pz point did not affect the significant difference of P300 amplitude stimulation type. (4) compared with Pz point, the results of Pz point polygraph are better, but Fz point and Cz point are not ideal.
