认知综合测试法区分与案件不同关系者测试效度的研究
[Abstract]:Through the improvement of the crime plot test method, and combined with a large number of actual case tests and laboratory research, the cognitive comprehensive test method effectively improves the low validity of the criterion test method and the crime plot test method in distinguishing the role of the case. A large number of practical tests have proved that the cognitive comprehensive test method can effectively distinguish the roles of the case, and has been verified by laboratory research. However, previous experimental studies have been carried out under the paradigm of simulated theft, and lack of verification of other experimental patterns. In order to prove that the cognitive comprehensive test method can also be widely used in other kinds of cases, especially for the investigation and trial of duty crime cases with complex cases, difficult to obtain evidence and strong concealment, this study intends to investigate the validity of cognitive comprehensive test method in distinguishing people with different relationships with cases on the basis of repeating previous studies and under the condition of simulating bribery cases. In experiment 1, college students aged between 18 and 24 years old were used as subjects to study the validity of cognitive comprehensive test in distinguishing perpetrators, insiders and innocent people from those with different relationships with the case in the context of simulated theft. The comprehensive evaluation results of the subjects in the crime group, the knowledge group and the innocent group were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the cognitive comprehensive test method could effectively distinguish the subjects in the crime group, the knowledge group and the innocent group. In the laboratory scenario, the accuracy of the test is more than 75%, which is basically consistent with the previous research results. In the second experiment, college students aged between 18 and 25 years old were used as subjects to study the validity of cognitive comprehensive test in distinguishing perpetrators, insiders and innocent people from those who had different relationships with the case in the context of simulated bribery cases. The comprehensive evaluation results of the subjects in the crime group, the knowledge group and the innocent group were statistically analyzed. The results show that the cognitive comprehensive test method can effectively distinguish the subjects in the crime group, the knowledge group and the innocent group. In the laboratory scenario, the accuracy of the test is more than 80%. In summary, this study shows that cognitive comprehensive test can effectively distinguish perpetrators, informed people and innocent people under the experimental conditions of simulated theft and simulated bribery, and there is no significant difference in the discriminant validity of the three roles. Therefore, the accuracy of cognitive comprehensive test for perpetrators, insiders and innocent people can reach a high level of discrimination.
