深圳市土地管理法律制度初探

【摘要】：深圳作为一个现代化、国际化的大都市,其城市面貌既有雄伟壮丽的景观,也有杂乱无章的城中村,更有宝安、龙岗两区大量无序建设的农民房和村建工厂。本文分析了深层次地推动深圳城市建设的土地管理法律制度、深圳土地管理法律制度是如何不断改革、创新和演进的、深圳具有哪些独具特色的土地管理法律制度,进而分析了深圳土地管理法律制度还有哪些需要改进和完善的地方,并提出了对策与建议。
[Abstract]:As a modern and international metropolis, Shenzhen has a magnificent and magnificent landscape, a disorderly village in the city, and Bao'an. There are a large number of peasants' houses and village-built factories in Longgang two districts. This paper analyzes the legal system of land management which promotes Shenzhen's urban construction deeply, and how the legal system of Shenzhen's land management is constantly reformed, innovated and evolved. There are some unique land management legal systems in Shenzhen, and then the author analyzes what needs to be improved and perfected in Shenzhen land management legal system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
