【摘要】：古代的酷刑其手段的残暴和种类的复杂让后人惊悚。随着历史的进步和文明的发展,酷刑已在形式上和表面上基本消除,但揭示酷刑存在的根源,反思中国古代的酷刑现象,以及探讨酷刑消亡的社会历史条件,对现代社会的进步仍具有深远意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of history and the development of civilization, torture has been basically eliminated in form and on the surface, but it reveals the root causes of torture and reflects on the phenomenon of torture in ancient China. Exploring the social and historical conditions of torture is of great significance to the progress of modern society.
