广东省图书馆权利状况调查

【摘要】：论文在图书馆权利理论研究持续升温和逐步成熟的背景下,以广东省公共图书馆为对象,作图书馆权利状况调查研究。调查以美国图书馆协会《图书馆权利法案》及其阐释政策群为理论基础,结合课题组关于中国图书馆业界以及民众对图书馆权利问题了解情况的预测,建构了包括权利享有、权利认知、权利观念和权利期望四个方面的图书馆权利状况调查指标体系,并以之作为依据,设计了面向多阶随机抽样确定的到馆用户和馆员两类样本的两份问卷和访谈提纲。论文呈现了通过问卷调查所得的总体数据,以反映广东省图书馆权利基本情况;进而借由地区间、市县间、用户与馆员间、享有与观念间的复合性对比,证明了图书馆权利状况差异的存在及程度,并对其成因加以分析;与此同时,论文还揭示实践领域在图书馆权利上的隐性需求,以及在图书馆权利上有所反映而实际上可能对更多具体实践产生影响的存在问题。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the theoretical study of library rights, this paper takes the Guangdong Provincial Public Library as the object to investigate and study the status of library rights.The investigation is based on the Library Rights Act of the American Library Association and its interpretation policy group, combined with the forecast of the Chinese library industry and the public's understanding of library rights, the author constructs the concept of including the enjoyment of rights.On the basis of the index system of library rights investigation in four aspects: right cognition, right concept and right expectation, two questionnaires and interview outlines are designed for library users and librarians, which are determined by multi-level random sampling.The paper presents the general data obtained through the questionnaire to reflect the basic situation of library rights in Guangdong Province, and then compares the enjoyment and concept between the users and librarians among regions, cities and counties, and between users and librarians.This paper proves the existence and degree of library rights difference, and analyzes its causes, meanwhile, the paper also reveals the hidden demand of library rights in practice field.And the existing problems which reflect the library rights and may actually have an impact on more concrete practice.
