论法律基础课教学中的公民意识教育

【摘要】： 公民意识教育着眼于培养现代法治要求的合格公民,是高等教育的重要组成部分。非法学专业大学生通过法律基础课的学习,了解法律常识、培养法律思维、树立公民意识。高等教育中的法律基础课教学应该担负起公民意识教育的重要责任。但是,当前法律基础课得不到足够重视,在教学内容和教学方法上存在诸多问题,无法培养学生良好的公民意识。全文紧紧围绕高校“法律基础课教学中的公民意识教育”这一主题,结合当前时代背景和高校教学的具体实际,分四部分展开: 第一部分:首先阐明公民意识教育的基础问题。主要谈到公民概念的发展演变及其法学解读;从公民意识中挖掘出几个重要的法学要素:主体意识、权利意识、义务与责任意识、程序意识等;再进一步论述公民意识教育与相关教育的关系。第二部分:阐明法律基础课教学中加强公民意识教育的重要意义。这与当前法律基础课教学没有受到应有重视的现状有关。笔者认为:公民意识教育反映法学学科的本身内容;符合现代教育培养人才的需要。公民意识教育是法律基础课的教学的核心内容。第三部分:关于当前我国法律基础课教学现状与成因。首先指出公民意识教育的认识误区;再从具体的教学内容和教学方法角度指出当前的现状;然后分析高等教育中公民意识教育薄弱的成因。第四部分:重点是在法律基础课教学中加强公民意识教育的思考。从设定公民意识教育的目标与一般原则入手,提出公民意识教育的关键之举是公民价值体验;最后是公民意识教育的具体实践。
[Abstract]:Civic consciousness education is an important part of higher education which aims at training qualified citizens who are required by modern rule of law.Through the study of the basic course of law, the college students of non-law major understand the common sense of law, cultivate the legal thinking and set up the citizen consciousness.The teaching of legal basic course in higher education should shoulder the important responsibility of civic consciousness education.However, at present, the basic course of law is not paid enough attention to, and there are many problems in the teaching content and teaching method, which can not cultivate students' good civic consciousness.The full text closely revolves around the theme of "Citizen consciousness Education in the Teaching of basic courses of Law" in colleges and universities, combining the current background of the times and the actual situation of teaching in colleges and universities, it is divided into four parts:The first part: expound the basic problem of civic consciousness education.It mainly discusses the development and evolution of the concept of citizenship and its legal interpretation, and excavates several important legal elements from the citizen's consciousness: subject consciousness, right consciousness, obligation and responsibility consciousness, procedural consciousness, etc.Further discuss the relationship between civic consciousness education and related education.The second part: expound the importance of strengthening citizen consciousness education in the basic course of law.This is related to the current situation that the basic course of law has not received due attention.The author thinks that the education of civic consciousness reflects the content of the subject of law and meets the needs of modern education and training of talents.Civic consciousness education is the core content of the basic course of law.The third part: about the present situation and cause of law basic course teaching in our country.This paper first points out the misunderstanding of civic consciousness education, then points out the present situation from the point of view of specific teaching contents and teaching methods, and then analyzes the causes of the weakness of citizen consciousness education in higher education.The fourth part: the emphasis is to strengthen the citizen consciousness education in the law basic course teaching.Starting from setting the goal and general principle of civic consciousness education, this paper puts forward that the key action of citizen consciousness education is citizen value experience, and finally, the concrete practice of citizen consciousness education.
