【摘要】：社会主义是社会法的指导思想和基本原则,社会主义的社会化要求、社会主义生产的性质、社会主义公有制、社会主义市场经济、社会主义的国家干预、社会主义人的解放等必然为社会法所记载和表述,它们构成社会法的基调和内核,社会法是社会主义的法律化,社会法具有鲜明的社会主义本质属性。加强社会法治建设有助于纠正和改变过去有社会主义但无社会法的不良状况。
[Abstract]:Socialism is the guiding ideology and basic principle of the social law, the socialistic requirements for socialization, the nature of socialist production, the socialist public ownership, the socialist market economy, and the socialist state intervention.The liberation of socialist people must be recorded and expressed by the social law, which constitutes the keynote and core of the social law, which is the legalization of socialism, and the social law has the distinct socialist essential attribute.Strengthening the construction of social rule of law is helpful to correct and change the bad situation that there was socialism but no social law in the past.
