从中国古代文学作品中窥视我国古代司法文化的特点

【摘要】：中国古代文学作品为我们研究古代社会的方方面面提供了重要的史学价值。本文以中国古代的文学作品和审案案例为载体,研究我国古代的司法文化的若干特点,并对其自身的司法文化特点和法律原则做了一些论述。
[Abstract]:China ancient literary works for us to study the ancient aspects of society provides an important historical value. In this paper, Chinese ancient literature and in the case as the carrier, some characteristics of the ancient Chinese judicial culture, and judicial culture characteristics and law principles on their own to do some discussion.
