【摘要】：英国行政裁判所历经了百年发展，最终取得了令世人称赞的成就，，是行政法学界的成功典范，许多国家尤其是近半个世纪以来，对英国行政裁判所制度加以不同程度的效仿，以完善本国的行政司法救济制度和体系。英国行政裁判所与我国的行政复议制度和行政诉讼制度很多方面也很类似，积极的学习、研究和借鉴英国行政裁判所制度，以完善我国行政救济制度是一项非常有长远意义和实用价值的工作。全文分为三章，第一章主要是对英国行政裁判所进行全面介绍，第二章主要是将英国行政裁判所与我国行政复议制度进行对比式分析，第三章主要是提取了我国行政诉讼的相关制度，并与英国行政裁判所制度进行比较式研究，并对我国行政救济制度的完善提出些许想法。
[Abstract]:The British Administrative referee has gone through a hundred years of development, and finally achieved the achievement which has been praised by the world. It is a successful example of the administrative law circle. Many countries, especially in the past half century, have imitated the system of the British Administrative referee in different degrees to perfect the system and system of the law relief of the administrative department of the United Kingdom. The administrative reconsideration system and the administrative litigation system are similar in many aspects. It is a very long term and practical value to study and learn from the system of the British Administrative referee. The full text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the comprehensive introduction of the British Administrative referee. The second chapter is mainly the comparative analysis of the British Administrative referee and the system of administrative reconsideration in our country. The third chapter mainly extracts the relevant system of administrative litigation in China, and makes a comparative study with the system of the British Administrative referee, and puts forward some ideas on the perfection of our administrative relief system.
