中国警察讯问中礼貌语言的顺应性研究

本文采用语用学理论,对中国警察讯问中讯问人员所使用的礼貌语言进行研究。论文的理论框架来源于对Leech（1983）的礼貌原则和Verschueren（2000）的顺应论的有机结合。本项研究旨在描述中国警察讯问中礼貌语言的使用情况并阐明其功能。因此论文采用的是描述分析性研究方法。 本文首先以Leech（1983）的礼貌原则为描述工具,分类描述了所收集的语料中讯问人员的礼貌语言使用情况。语料中的礼貌语言主要体现了礼貌原则中的得体原则,赞誉原则,一致原则和同情原则,其中作者从减轻被讯问者刑事责任的角度详细探讨了得体原则在警察讯问语言中的应用。 其后,本文以Verschueren（2000）的顺应论为分析工具,探讨了讯问人员的礼貌语言对社交世界和心理世界的顺应。讯问人员的礼貌语言不仅顺应了社会环境而且顺应了自己对被讯问者的心理世界的假设,其中包括被讯问者的性格、情感、信念、愿望和意图。 讯问人员使用礼貌语言顺应社交世界和心理世界的最终目的是为了实现自己的交际目的:保障讯问的合法性、确保讯问顺利进行并向有利方向发展,鼓励或劝说被讯问者坦白。这两点同时也体现了礼貌语言的语用功能。...
