【摘要】：正 在当前我国经济体制改革的大潮中,加快建立现代企业制度,按照“产权清晰,权责明确,政企分开,管理科学”的要求,积极推进现代企业制度试点,加速外经贸企业的机制转换是外贸企业改革的方向。我天津食品进出口集团公司积极按照党的十四届三中全会的精神和《公司法》的规定,从理顺产权关系入手,着力实行制度创新,已按国有独资形式进行了公司制改造,并有幸成为外经贸部首家内部职工持股试点单位。于1996年1月17日被正式批准成立天津食品进出口股份
[Abstract]:In the current tide of economic restructuring in our country, we are speeding up the establishment of a modern enterprise system and, in accordance with the requirements of "clear property rights, clear powers and responsibilities, separation of government and enterprises, and scientific management," we are actively promoting the pilot of the modern enterprise system. Accelerating the mechanism transformation of foreign trade enterprises is the direction of foreign trade enterprises reform. In accordance with the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the provisions of the Company Law, our Tianjin Food Import and Export Group Company has been actively engaged in institutional innovation from the perspective of straightening out the relations between property rights, and has already reformed the corporate system in the form of wholly state-owned enterprises. And the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to become the first pilot unit of internal ownership of staff and workers. Tianjin food import and export stock was formally approved on January 17, 1996
