【摘要】：祖国大陆公司法与台湾公司法相比,存在较大的差异,比较海峡两岸公司法在立法沿革、公司种类、资本制度、公司治理结构以及公司重整制度等方面的差异,借鉴台湾公司法近80年的立法经验,可以对祖国大陆公司法的修改与完善提供有益的启示。
