【摘要】：正 乐山商场是驻马店市颇有名气的百货商场之一,1995年元月实行了股份制改造,依照《公司法》的规定,成立了乐山商场股份有限公司。 时隔将近四年,改制后的乐山商场发生了哪些喜人的变化呢? 变化之一:职工持股,自负盈亏 乐山商场组建于一九八四年,开业头几年曾以其优越的地理位置和经营规模,经营面积、经营品种在全市独领风骚。进入90年代,随着改革开放的深入,市场经济的发展,不同所有制的商厦、商店越来越多,各种批零市场不断涌现,乐山商场独有的优势,逐渐弱化,体制上的束缚和分配上的大锅饭,使企业竞争乏力,徘徊不前。为了求生存,求发展,于95

According to the provisions of Company Law, Leshan Mall Co., Ltd. was established. After nearly four years, what pleasant changes have taken place in the Leshan shopping mall after the restructuring? One of the changes: employee stock ownership, self-financing Leshan shopping mall was founded in 1984, the first few years of business with its superior geographical location and business scale, business area, operating varieties in the city's exclusive fashion. In the 1990s, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the market economy, there were more and more commercial buildings and stores under different ownership, and various kinds of wholesale markets continued to emerge. The unique advantages of Leshan shopping malls were gradually weakened. Institutional constraints and distribution of the big pot rice, so that enterprises lack of competition, hesitating.
