关于公司法课程实践教学“三化”改革研究——专题化、课题化、分组化

【摘要】：《公司法》是法律学科中应用性比较强的一门课程,因此在教学过程中尤其要加强对学生的实践化教学。传统公司法教学偏重教师的"讲",学生的实践应用不足。为了改变此前的教学模式,公司法课程提出"专题化"、"课题化"与"分组化"的"三化"改革。由教师先将公司法课程内容优化整合,形成独立的专题,点面结合,再凝练出可以研究的课题,交由分组后的学生进行研讨分析,最后由教师进行归纳总结和评析。通过改革,实现拓展本科生的思路和视野,提高其独立思考能力与科学研究和理论创新能力的教学目的。
[Abstract]:Company Law is a course with strong application in the subject of law, so it is necessary to strengthen the practical teaching of students in the process of teaching. The traditional company law teaching emphasizes the teacher's "talk", the student's practice application is insufficient. In order to change the previous teaching mode, the company law curriculum proposed "thematic", "subject" and "grouping" of the "three" reform. The teacher optimizes and integrates the company law curriculum content, forms the independent special topic, unifies the point, then condenses the topic which can be studied, then passes to the student after the grouping for discussion and analysis, finally by the teacher carries on the induction summary and the appraisal. Through the reform, the purpose of teaching is to expand the thinking and vision of undergraduate students and to improve their independent thinking ability, scientific research and theoretical innovation ability.
