公司社会责任背景下的职工参与权问题

【摘要】:职工参与权是职工基于与公司的劳动关系而产生的民主管理权利,为实现公司对职工的社会责任提供了一个具体途径,对维护、促进职工权益意义重大。本文在论述职工参与权基本理论、实现途径的基础上,结合《公司法》对我国职工参与权制度进行了评价,并提出了若干完善相关立法的思路和措施。
[Abstract]:Employee participation right is the democratic management right of workers based on the labor relationship with the company. It provides a concrete way to realize the social responsibility of the company to the workers and staff. It is of great significance to safeguard and promote the rights and interests of the workers and staff. On the basis of discussing the basic theory and realizing ways of employee participation right, this paper evaluates the system of employee participation right in our country in combination with Company Law, and puts forward some ideas and measures to perfect the relevant legislation.
