从高校教学层面探讨《公司法》教学内容的革新

【摘要】：《公司法》是我国经济法律中的重要组成部分,在我国的高校基本的相关专业中都开设了相关的课程,对规范我国市场经济法制环境起到至关重要的作用。但是由于在高校的法学教学中,已经形成了固定的教学模式,因此《公司法》教学受到一定的限制与束缚,《公司法》课程并不能发挥其实际应有的作用。高校应该重新认识《公司法》教学的特点,并针对教学中存在的问题与不足,制定积极的应对措施,对《公司法》教学内容进行革新。
[Abstract]:The Company Law is an important part of the economic law in our country. It has set up relevant courses in the basic related majors in the universities of our country, which plays a vital role in standardizing the legal environment of our market economy. However, due to the formation of a fixed teaching mode in the teaching of law in colleges and universities, the teaching of Company Law is restricted and bound to a certain extent, and the course of Company Law cannot play its due role in practice. Colleges and universities should re-understand the characteristics of "Company Law" teaching, and in view of the problems and shortcomings in teaching, formulate positive measures to reform the teaching content of "Company Law".
