国际私法教学本土化问题探讨

【摘要】：国际私法教学本土化既是国际私法本土性的必然要求,也是教学改革的需要。当前的国际私法教学仍然存在教学内容缺乏中国特色、教学模式和教学方法与本土的融合不够等问题。为了实现教学目标,国际私法教学应在明确教学目的基础上,增强教学本土化意识,完善本土化教学内容设计,加强教学模式和教学方法与本土的融合,使学生能更加深刻地理解和掌握国际私法知识并灵活运用,更好地为我国对外交往服务。
[Abstract]:The localization of private international law teaching is not only the inevitable requirement of the nativeness of private international law, but also the need of teaching reform. In order to realize the goal of teaching, private international law teaching should strengthen the consciousness of localization and perfect the design of teaching content on the basis of clear teaching purpose. By strengthening the fusion of teaching mode and teaching method with native country, students can understand and master the knowledge of private international law more deeply and use it flexibly, so as to better serve our country's external communication.
