论中国参与北极事务的国际法依据和现实利益

【摘要】：伴随全球矿物资源的日渐枯竭和人类探索北极能力的提高以及全球变暖、北极地区冰盖逐渐消融,参与北极地区事务、利用北极地区东北航道与西北航道的法律和现实矛盾逐渐突出。研究中国参与北极事务、利用北极航道的法律条件、现实条件以及相关经济、军事利益以及对于维护中国海外利益的重要性也日渐提升。
[Abstract]:With the gradual depletion of global mineral resources, the enhancement of human's ability to explore the Arctic and global warming, the Arctic ice sheet is gradually melting and participating in Arctic affairs.The contradiction between the law and reality of the North East Passage and the Northwest Passage is becoming more and more prominent.The importance of studying China's participation in Arctic affairs, the legal conditions, realistic conditions and related economic and military interests of China's participation in Arctic affairs, as well as its interest in safeguarding China's overseas interests, are also becoming increasingly important.
