《海事劳工公约》在船试运行的体会和理解

【摘要】：本文根据《国际海事劳工公约》(以下简称公约)在本轮试运行的经历进行剖析和总结,着重介绍公约的背景条件以及船舶和公司在实施中对公约意识应持的认识和理解进行分析和总结,以正确的姿态迎接公约的生效与正式实施。
[Abstract]:Based on the experience of the International Maritime Labour Convention (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention") in this trial run,This paper mainly introduces the background conditions of the Convention and the understanding and understanding that ships and companies should hold in the implementation of the Convention, so as to welcome the entry into force and formal implementation of the Convention in a correct manner.
