浅谈茶叶贸易过程中需要注意的法律问题

【摘要】：本文首先就我国茶叶对外贸易发展历史进行了简要的阐述,接着对茶叶贸易过程中的法律问题进行了相关分析,最后据此对茶叶贸易法律问题的解决措施提出几点看法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the history of tea foreign trade development in China is briefly described, and then the legal problems in tea trade are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the legal problems in tea trade.
