后金融危机时期国际存款保险法律制度研究

【摘要】：始于2007年12月美国次贷风波的全球金融危机已落下帷幕,本轮金融危机的发生再次证明了建立存款保险法律制度的必要性和重要性。本文对危机发生期间和"后危机时期"国际层面和国家层面推出的针对存款保险法律制度的改革措施进行了分析总结,结合我国实际提出了创建存款保险法律制度、完善金融安全网三大制度协调合作机制、建立问题银行退出机制等相关建议。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis, which began in December 2007, has come to an end. The occurrence of this financial crisis has proved the necessity and importance of establishing the legal system of deposit insurance. This paper analyzes and summarizes the reform measures of deposit insurance legal system at the international level and the national level during the period of crisis and "post-crisis period", and puts forward the establishment of deposit insurance legal system combined with the actual situation in our country. To perfect the coordination and cooperation mechanism of the three systems of financial safety net and to establish the exit mechanism of problem banks and so on.
