【摘要】：正中国看待外部世界的视野,取决于中国如何看待自己,确立自身的基本政治秩序。一个国家如果拥有伟大的政治文明抱负,其看待世界的视野也会非同一般。而真正的、源初意义上的基本秩序(Nomos),本质上奠基于某种明确的空间界限。卡尔·施米特就此做出"陆地和海洋"之间的划分,两种基本空间秩序象征着两种基本法一政治秩序,也象征着古今两种基本政治文明形态。
[Abstract]:China's vision of the outside world depends on how it sees itself and establishes its own basic political order. If a country has great political civilization aspirations, its vision of the world would be extraordinary. And the real, primary sense of the basic order (Nomos), is essentially based on some clear spatial boundary. Carl Schmitt made the division between land and sea. The two basic spatial orders symbolize the two basic laws and political order, and also symbolize the ancient and modern two basic political civilization forms.
