国际版权制度发展趋向探论

【摘要】：国际版权制度是国际社会和世界各国版权制度的总和,它的形成和发展反映了人类社会对于文学、艺术和科学作品传播的基本态度。300年来,国际版权制度经过不断演进和完善,其发展呈现出六大趋向:技术上的现代化、价值上的多元化、规则上的趋同化、利益上的本土化、政策上的战略化、经济上的产业化。
[Abstract]:The international copyright system is the sum total of the copyright system of the international community and the countries of the world. Its formation and development reflect the basic attitude of the human society towards the dissemination of literary, artistic and scientific works. After continuous evolution and perfection, the international copyright system shows six major trends: modernization of technology, diversification of value, convergence of rules, localization of interests, strategy of policy and industrialization of economy.
