美国亚利桑那州移民法案评析

【摘要】：亚利桑那州的新移民法案首次将非法移民定性为犯罪行为,并规定了极为严厉的处罚措施。这一法案因而被称为美国"最严苛的移民法案"。该法案的出台不仅在美国国内掀起了新一轮移民政策的大讨论,而且对美国未来政治格局的走向以及美国与墨西哥等国的外交关系都将产生深刻影响。
[Abstract]:Arizona's new immigration bill makes illegal immigration a crime for the first time and provides for extremely severe penalties. The bill is therefore called the harshest immigration bill in the United States. The introduction of the bill will not only set off a new round of immigration policy in the United States, but also have a profound impact on the future political situation of the United States and the foreign relations between the United States and Mexico.
