　　本研究目的旨在了解喀麦隆外国直接投资法和改善该法。因此,本文的目的是分析喀麦隆的外国直接投资法,并试图阐明这一法律框架是否具有足够的吸引力;换句话说,它是否为投资者提供了足够的保护和保障。为了解决这个问题,我们试图通过文献研究,主要是根据法律、文章和科学著作中收集必要的数据以供我们分析。这一分析表明,喀麦隆的外国直接投资法符合保护保障投资的国际标准。然而,通过一些试验成功的做法中,得到另外的启发,特别是在中国和,可以大大改进这一框架,以提供一个更有吸引力的投资框架。
