试析《联合国反腐败公约》中的情态系统

　　情态作为人际功能的主要语义载体,获得了超越逻辑和传统语法的重要地位。如今,它受到世界上语言学家的广泛关注,并多在文学作品或一般立法语篇比如国内法法律语篇中被分析。作为国际法的渊源之一,国际公约在制定及实施方式上有别于一般立法文本。因此,作者打算探究国际公约中的情态,并将《联合国反腐败公约》作为研究课题。该公约是否运用了情态?如果有,其情态是否具有一些独特的特征?带着这些问题,本文作者展开了下面的研究。本文研究的目的在于描述公约中情态系统的具体特征,探索公约中情态系统揭示出的人际意义,为从语言视角分析国际公约提供一个理论框架和实用性参考,并促进语言学家和法律专家的合作以改善法律的制定状况。概括起来,本文进行的研究可分成两部分。第一部分是第二章,主要对本论文所涉及的理论进行回顾,包括国内外对情态的研究状况,系统功能语法理论以及法律语篇分析。通过对这些内容的介绍,形成了本研究的理论框架。本研究的第二部分由第三章至第五章组成,主要根据第一部分讨论的框架分析公约中的情态系统。韩礼德的情态理论为研究语篇中的情态提供了全面的理论框架,基于该理论作者在第三章主要分析了公约中的情态表达式。通过分析发现,...
