WD公司管理团队胜任力研究

【摘要】:从2010年起,随着波及全球的金融危机,使全球经济再一次落入低迷状态。以美国为首的全球经济衰退,直接影响着全球的总需求的减少。这种需求的减少,直接关系到我国国内的处于产业链下游的制造型企业。国内的以制造业为首的产业整体结构开始发生着变化,,很多制造业企业倒闭,光珠三角地带就有近二分之一的企业在当年倒闭、破产或被迫接受被收购。而在中国另一片制造业的集中地——长三角也面临着前所未有的市场恶化。加上当年新劳动合同法的颁布和执行,使得企业用工成本短时期内迅速大幅增加。传统制造业特别是基础制造业面临着前所未有的困难局面,他们面对的是市场萎缩、用工成本增加、资金链迫在眉睫的现状。在过去的是十几年中,身边的生活已经发生了翻天覆地的变化,但是伴随着人们生活的改变,一个问题逐步引起国人重视,那就是家族性民营企业在经济生活中越来越发挥其作用。 WD公司就是身处在长三角下游温州瑞安市,温州瑞安市是国际汽摩配产业集中的地区,建设有国际汽摩配产业园,主要供给全球的汽车零部件。经济增长速度放缓,小车的销售量受很大影响,国内北京等地先后出台的“限购”政策,也对市场需求起着非常大的影响作用,而WD公司的另一产品,随着国内“优先发展公交”的政策,正在蓬勃发展。 WD公司的管理团队,全有董事长岑家德及其二儿一女和女婿、儿媳等担任管理职位,这些成员对董事长非常负责、但其本身的学历和能力却都很低,管理经验也几乎为零。这使得公司的管理团队在内部管理、外部应对等方面经常性的感到力不从心:发货延迟、成品件丢失现象严重、驻外销售人员、售后人员管理不利,导致效率低,成本高等等。这些问题时时刻刻困扰着企业管理团队。管理团队本身出现胜任力信心不足,事故处理不善、责任推脱等问题。 本文以胜任力模型为基础,研究WD公司管理团队的胜任力水平。测量评估WD公司管理团队的现状。找出管理团队的整体满足情况和不足情况以及各成员的满足情况和不足情况。并为将来发展方向给予一定分析和指导。同时。本文研究过程中采用心理学心理特征、人格的定量方法研究个体,得到一些更加客观的数据,尝试为以后的研究开辟一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, with the global financial crisis, the global economy has fallen into the doldrums again. The global recession, led by the United States, has a direct impact on the decline in global aggregate demand. The decrease of demand is directly related to the manufacturing enterprises in the downstream of the industrial chain. The overall industrial structure, led by the manufacturing industry, is beginning to change. Many manufacturing enterprises close down, and nearly 1/2 of the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta alone closed down that year, went bankrupt or were forced to accept acquisitions. The Yangtze River Delta, another manufacturing hub in China, is facing unprecedented market deterioration. In addition, the promulgation and enforcement of the new Labor contract Law made the cost of employment increase rapidly in a short period of time. The traditional manufacturing industry, especially the basic manufacturing industry, is facing unprecedented difficulties. They are faced with a shrinking market, increased labor costs and an imminent capital chain. In the past decade or so, life around us has changed dramatically. However, with the change in people's lives, a problem has gradually attracted people's attention. That is, family private enterprises are playing a more and more important role in economic life. WD Company is located in Wenzhou Ruian city, which is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Delta, where the international auto and motorcycle distribution industry is concentrated. Construction of the International Auto parts Industrial Park, mainly for the global automotive parts. The economic growth rate has slowed and the sales volume of cars has been greatly affected. The "purchase restriction" policies introduced successively in China's Beijing and other places also play a very important role in the market demand, while another product of WD Company. With the domestic policy of "giving priority to the development of public transport", it is booming. The management team of WD Company has all the management positions of chairman Cen Jia de and his two sons and one daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, etc. These members are very responsible to the chairman of the board. But its own education and ability are very low, management experience is almost zero. This makes the company's management team in the internal management, external response and other aspects of the feeling is often inadequate: delivery delay, the loss of finished products seriously, sales staff in foreign countries, after-sales staff management disadvantages, resulting in low efficiency, high costs and so on. These problems are puzzling the enterprise management team all the time. The management team itself has problems such as lack of competence, poor handling of accidents and shirking of responsibilities. Based on competency model, the competency level of WD management team is studied in this paper. Measure and evaluate the status of WD management team. Find out the overall satisfaction and insufficiency of the management team and the satisfaction and insufficiency of the members. And for the future direction of development to give some analysis and guidance. meanwhile In the course of this study, the psychological characteristics and the quantitative method of personality are used to study the individual, and some more objective data are obtained, which try to open up some new ideas for the future research.
