科技之冬培训助推女职工踏上小康路

【摘要】：正1月5日,笔者从八师一四四团工会、妇联获悉,该团工会、妇联在去年12月15日至今年3月3日期间,联合对该团1256名一线女职工开展第20期"科技之冬"实用技术、法律知识培训工作。据了解,此次培训的内容有推广种、养殖成功经验和先进技术,指导女职工手工编织等,为丰富女职工业余生活、提高综合素质、实现一线女职工多元增收打好基础。同时组织一线女职工认真学习《女职工劳动保护特别规定》、《劳动合同法》等相关法律法规,提高女职工法律维权意识。该团工
