国际商务合同英译策略研究

　　中国入世促进了中国对外贸易的繁荣,使国际商务合同的研究在理论和实践上都取得了巨大的发展。然而,国际商务合同的英译研究相对滞后,导致了频繁的国际纠纷和严重的经济损失,对翻译研究提出了严峻的挑战。本文将以奈达的动态对等和翁凤翔的商务英语翻译的“四个对等”原则为理论依据,从汉英之间意合与形合差异的角度,以国际商务合同汉英版本间的动态对等为目标,研究国际商务合同的英译策略,包括商务合同英译过程中句子的拆分与合并,各种状语使用的差异性,状语与翻译策略之间组合的差异性,以及状语在英译本中的放置策略进行集中研究。T测试发现,国际商务合同英汉版本间句子个数存在显著性差异,这一差异在一定程度上源于英汉对句子的不同定义,更大程度上源于英译过程中句子的合并与拆分。Excel排序发现介词短语是除条件状语和结果状语以外译者最经常使用的翻译策略。Chi-square检验发现在国际商务合同英译本中各种状语的使用上存在显著性差异,并且在各种状语和翻译策略的组合上也存在显著性差异。希望这些研究成果能对国际商务合同的英译有一定的借鉴意义。
