功能文体学视角下国际商务合同翻译中的文体对等

　　随着经济的全球化,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织,中国和国外的商贸交往逐渐增加。作为一种法律上有约束力的文件,国际商务合同清楚地规定了合同各方应该履行的义务,同时也赋予了合同各方的合法权益,这将有助于促进国际商贸交往。因此,国际商务合同的翻译在国际商贸交往中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对国际商务合同翻译的研究也变得愈发重要和实际。许多学者业已从不同的角度对此领域进行了研究,并且提出了许多翻译技巧和原则。然而,这些研究存在一些不足之处。首先,这些研究缺乏系统的理论支撑。其次,尽管一些学者对国际商务合同文体特征的翻译进行了研究,但他们的研究主要还是以词汇和语法层面为基础;几乎没有学者从国际商务合同功能的视角进行过翻译研究。因此,笔者认为有必要从功能的视角对国际商务合同翻译中的文体对等进行系统的研究。功能文体学是文体学理论中的重要流派,在现代文体学研究中起着越来越重要的作用。以系统功能语言学为其理论基础,功能文体学理论为我们提供了一个分析和展示语体的文体特征的有效途径。功能文体学认为:所有语言都由三大元功能组成,文体则被视为“前景化”,即“有动因的突出”。而概念功能、人际功能和语篇功能是功能文体的三...
