国际工程承包英文合同的语体分析

　　随着改革开放的不断深入以及中国加入世界贸易组织,世界银行对我国提供贷款的力度不断增加,随之而来的是由世界银行提供资金支持的国际工程承包的大量涌现。国际工程承包是指一个国家的政府部门、公司、企业或项目所有人委托国外的工程承包人负责按规定的条件承担完成某项工程任务。其合同是通过国际公开竞争性招标确定承包商之后产生,采取合同文件的形式。国际工程承包合同在国际工程建设过程中起到指导及决定性的作用,尤其涉及到索赔问题,是否构成索赔以及索赔的额度在很大程度上取决于合同相关条款的撰写。国际工程承包合同作为一种法律文件,其语言可视为法律语言的一个分支,有其独特的语言特点,而这种语言特点都是服务于国际工程承包合同的文体特色,即严谨,精确,力避任何歧义及漏洞。因此,国际工程承包合同的撰写及解读必须慎之又慎,稍有失误,即可导致严重的后果,真可谓“差之毫厘,谬以千里”。而准确的撰写及解读必须建立在对国际工程承包合同语体特色充分了解的基础之上。本文旨在通过现代文体学的理论,对国际工程承包合同做全面系统的语体描述及分析。首先,对文章的理论框架、研究方法,语料等做了系统的介绍;其次回顾了语言学家们就此领域及相关领域...
