【摘要】：正伴随世界经济的发展,近年来国内外环境损害事件频发。这类事件不仅造成了重大的经济损失,而且对世界环境也产生深远影响,因此需要对环境破坏行为者的损害赔偿责任进行认定。只有根据环境损害的特点确定合理的归责原则体系结构及其各归责原则的适用范围和适用条件,并在环境损害赔偿责任制度的法律条文中充分体现,才能落实环境损害赔偿的责
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, environmental damage events at home and abroad have occurred frequently in recent years, which not only caused great economic losses, but also had a profound impact on the world environment. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the damage liability of the environmental damage actors. Only according to the characteristics of environmental damage to determine the reasonable liability principle system structure and the applicable scope and conditions of each imputation principle. And it can be fully reflected in the legal provisions of the liability system for environmental damage compensation, so that the liability for environmental damage compensation can be implemented.
