矿产资源生态补偿立法现状与完善

【摘要】：随着我国各项经济社会事业的深入发展,对矿产资源开发利用的需求量急剧增加,而矿产开采导致了生态环境的破坏与不必要的资源浪费,及众多社会问题、经济问题。矿产资源生态补偿制度,是解决这些问题的重要制度。对当前矿产资源生态补偿的立法现状、不足之处进行探讨,提出有针对性的完善措施,无疑具有十分重大的意义。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the economic and social undertakings in our country, the demand for the development and utilization of mineral resources and mining increased sharply, led to the destruction of the ecological environment and unnecessary waste of resources, economic problems and many social problems. The ecological compensation system of mineral resources, is an important system to solve these problems on the current status of legislation. Ecological compensation for mineral resources, shortage of proposed targeted measures, undoubtedly has great significance.
