论我国野生动物栖息地法律保护的现状与对策

【摘要】：野生动物栖息地是野生动物繁衍生息的重要场所,也是自然生态系统的重要组成部分,对于保护野生动物资源、维护生物多样性等具有重要意义。当前,我国野生动物栖息地的土地面积锐减、破碎化问题严重、生态质量下降,许多珍稀野生动物濒临灭绝,因此应加强野生动物栖息地法律保护工作。笔者从以法律保护视角考察野生动物栖息地保护问题,分析了野生动物栖息地保护的法律困境,探究了推进野生动物栖息地法律保护的方法路径。
[Abstract]:Wildlife habitat is an important place for the reproduction of wild animals, and also an important part of the natural ecosystem. It is of great significance for the protection of wild animal resources and the maintenance of biodiversity. At present, the land area of wild animal habitats in China has been greatly reduced, the problem of breaking and fragmentation is serious, the ecological quality is declining, and many rare wild animals are in the wild. The animal habitat is on the verge of extinction, so the legal protection of wildlife habitat should be strengthened. From the perspective of legal protection, the author examines the protection of wildlife habitat, analyzes the Legal Predicament of wildlife habitat protection, and probes into the way to promote the legal protection of wildlife habitats.
