【摘要】：陕甘宁边区政府建立后，为处理抗日军人婚姻家庭中的问题，颁布了一系列军人婚姻法规，，并在实践发展中不断创新。为认真做好抗日军人家属的优抚工作，边区政府采取措施积极解决这些家属的实际困难，并辅之以教育，从而基本上保证了军人婚姻在战争环境下的的稳定，使得军人在前线安心战事，军人家属在后方安心生产。从边区有关军人婚姻的立法情况来看，边区政府在维护军人婚姻稳定的前提下，注意结合具体案例实行灵活的变通方法，为中华人民共和国军人婚姻法的制定做了基础性工作。从边区对抗属的优抚工作来看，边区政府在帮助军人家属解决实际困难的前提下，注意培养家属自力更生的能力，努力生产劳动，为抗日战争做出了积极贡献。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region Government, in order to deal with the problems in the marriage and family of the anti-Japanese servicemen, a series of military marriage laws were promulgated and innovated continuously in the course of practical development. The government of the Border region has taken measures to actively solve the practical difficulties of these families, supplemented by education, so as to basically ensure the stability of military marriage in the war environment, so that soldiers can rest at ease in the war on the front line. The family members of the servicemen are in the rear at ease of production. Judging from the legislation on military marriage in the Border region, the government of the Border region, on the premise of maintaining the stability of the servicemen's marriage, pays attention to implementing flexible and flexible methods in combination with specific cases. The basic work has been done for the formulation of the military Marriage Law of the people's Republic of China. From the perspective of the superior and governing work of the border region against its members, the government of the border region, on the premise of helping the military family to solve the practical difficulties, has paid attention to cultivating the ability of the family members to rely on themselves for themselves. Efforts to produce labor, made positive contributions to the War of Resistance against Japan.
