高校女性体育教师职业高原研究

【摘要】: 随着世界妇女发展的呼声,第四次世界妇女大会的召开进一步推动了世界妇女事业的发展。在我国,随着人权意识提升和高等教育大众化进程的推进,女性体育教师在高校体育领域占据越来越重要的地位。以《宪法》为基础,《民法》、《婚姻法》等法律以及有关政策法规的颁布,使得高校女性体育教师的权益保障逐渐受到重视,但是执行情况不容乐观,发展的不连续性使高校女性体育教师职业生涯发展很难有完整而科学的体系。我国高校女性体育教师职业高原研究由于起步较晚,在政策法规的完善与执行力度以及职业管理等方面,与其他学科还有较大差距。和谐社会要求教育和谐发展,而教育的和谐发展很大因素取决于师资队伍建设。新世纪对于高校体育既是机遇又是严峻的挑战,迫切要求高校女性体育教师及时走出职业高原,实现职业生涯的可持续发展。 本研究以普通高校女性体育教师为研究对象,综合运用文献资料调研、调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等,将切入点锁定高校女性体育教师职业高原现象研究,提出女性体育教师职业生涯应是可持续发展的。在分析相关文献的基础上,调查高校女性体育教师目前的职业发展现状。以福建省高校女性体育教师为调查主体,对其职业发展的现状进行调查,深入剖析存在问题,并借鉴职业高原三维度理论来阐明女性体育教师职业高原;运用多种统计方法,如不同人口学差异、工作满意度相关研究,分析福建省高校女性体育教师职业高原的现状及规律。结果显示:福建省高校女性体育教师普遍存在不同程度的职业高原现象,层级高原现象最严重,中心化高原较为严重,内容高原尚不严重。在人口学差异下,高校女性体育教师职业高原有差异。高校分布、学历差异对女性体育教师职业高原的影响不大;职称、年龄、教龄差异对女性体育教师职业高原有较大的影响。 在此基础上,以可持续发展为主线,女性社会学、关怀伦理学、职业管理学等学科理论为依据,从社会、学校、家庭、个人四个层面进行策略研究。突破高校女性体育教师职业高原,应努力实现社会公正;重视政策扶持;健全相关法规;高校应努力营造适合女性体育教师职业发展的环境;女性教师自身应增强发展意识,以适应和谐社会对学校体育的新要求。
[Abstract]:With the voice of the world's women's development, the convening of the fourth World Conference on Women has further promoted the development of the world's women's cause. In our country, with the promotion of the awareness of human rights and the advancement of the process of popularization of higher education, Female PE teachers play an increasingly important role in the field of physical education in colleges and universities. With the promulgation of laws such as the Constitution, the Civil Law, the Marriage Law, and other relevant policies and regulations, the protection of the rights and interests of female PE teachers in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention. However, the implementation situation is not optimistic, and the discontinuity of development makes it difficult to have a complete and scientific system for the career development of female PE teachers in colleges and universities. There is still a big gap with other disciplines in the improvement and enforcement of policies and regulations, as well as professional management. A harmonious society requires the harmonious development of education. The harmonious development of education depends on the construction of teaching staff. The new century is not only an opportunity but also a severe challenge for college physical education. It is urgent for female PE teachers to walk out of the career plateau in time to realize the sustainable development of their career. This research takes female physical education teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, synthetically uses the literature investigation, the investigation method, the logic analysis method, the mathematical statistics method and so on, locks the breakthrough point to the university female physical education teacher profession plateau phenomenon research, This paper puts forward that the career of female PE teachers should be sustainable development. Based on the analysis of relevant literature, the author investigates the present situation of female PE teachers in colleges and universities, taking female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province as the main body of investigation. The present situation of their professional development is investigated, the existing problems are deeply analyzed, and the three dimensional degree theory of professional plateau is used to clarify the professional plateau of female PE teachers, and various statistical methods are used, such as different demographics, job satisfaction and related research. This paper analyzes the present situation and law of professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province. The results show that the phenomenon of occupational plateau exists in different degrees among female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province, the phenomenon of hierarchical plateau is the most serious, and the centralization of plateau is more serious. The content plateau is not serious. Under the demographics difference, there are differences in the professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities. The distribution of colleges and universities and the difference of educational background have little influence on the professional plateau of female PE teachers. The difference of teaching age has great influence on female PE teachers' professional plateau. On this basis, with sustainable development as the main line, women's sociology, caring ethics, vocational management and other disciplines as the basis, from the society, schools, families, To break through the professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities, we should strive to achieve social justice, attach importance to policy support, improve relevant laws and regulations, and strive to create an environment suitable for the professional development of female PE teachers. Female teachers themselves should strengthen their awareness of development in order to adapt to the new requirements of school sports in a harmonious society.
