《玲珑》杂志中的婚姻家庭问题研究

【摘要】：本文旨在通过对于1930年代出版的《玲珑》杂志进行分析,探讨民国时期婚姻家庭问题的表征和缘由。民国时期的婚姻家庭问题是近代婚姻家庭史的重要组成部分,学术界对此研究尚未细致深入。本文通过对《玲珑》杂志的梳耙整理,运用马克思主义婚姻家庭伦理观进行剖析说明,以期对民国时期婚姻家庭问题的研究作补充和举证。《玲珑》杂志是20世纪30年代畅销的画报类杂志,1931年3月18日创刊于上海,此后一直出版到1937年8月,7年内共出版298期。1930年代的上海几乎“人手一本”的《玲珑》杂志其发行之广,数量之多,跨度之长,然而后人却对之少有研究。笔者首先从《玲珑》杂志的创刊背景、编辑群体、执笔阵容、栏目设置、读者群分析等多个方面对其概况并加以说明和研究。其次,分析《玲珑》杂志中的婚恋状况和家庭状况:在婚恋状况方面以1930年代上海的婚姻法变迁作为法律支撑,分析杂志中的男女形象构建以及其中的独身现象与同性爱现象;在家庭状况方面探讨大家庭制度与小家庭理想,以及《玲珑》中的育儿问题。最后,分析《玲珑》杂志中呈现的女性在婚姻家庭中的伦理困境,包括童养媳问题、妾的问题、家庭与事业两难选择等。研究发现,《玲珑》杂志作为时代的见证者,呈现了1930年代上海的婚恋情形和家庭生活,积极倡导自由恋爱和妇女解放,但也不乏时代局限下的保守思想。民国处于新旧交替的转型期,对中国近代婚姻家庭的解放具有极大的推动作用,传播了正确的婚恋观,同时也鼓励人们建立以爱情为基础的新式家庭,但变革时期的阻力也使得过程艰难,具有复杂性和反复性。从《玲珑》杂志入手研究民国的家庭伦理问题,以及对民国家庭理论的分析,有助于进一步了解中国家庭伦理道德的发展演进。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of Linglong magazine published in 1930's, this paper discusses the characteristics and causes of marriage and family problems in the period of the Republic of China.The problem of marriage and family in the Republic of China is an important part of the modern history of marriage and family.In this paper, by combing and sorting out the magazine "Linglong", and using the Marxist concept of marriage and family ethics, the author analyzes and explains,"Linglong" magazine is the best-selling pictorial magazine in the 1930s, which was founded in Shanghai on March 18, 1931.Since then, it has been published until August 1937. In seven years, 298 issues of Shanghai's "one man's hand" magazine "Linglong" was published in 7 years, which was published widely, in a large number, and in a long span, but few studies have been made on it.At first, the author explains and studies the background, editing group, writing lineup, column setting and readership analysis of Linglong magazine.Secondly, it analyzes the marriage and family situation in Linglong magazine: in the aspect of marriage and love situation, the changes of marriage law in Shanghai in 1930s are taken as legal support, and the image construction of men and women and the phenomenon of celibacy and same-sex love in the magazine are analyzed.In the aspect of family status, this paper probes into the system of extended family and the ideal of small family, as well as the question of childcare in Linglong.Finally, the ethical dilemmas of women in marriage and family, including child brides, concubinage, family and career dilemma, are analyzed.It is found that Linglong magazine, as a witness of the times, presents the situation of marriage and family life in Shanghai in the 1930s, actively advocates free love and women's liberation, but also has conservative thoughts under the limitations of the times.The Republic of China was in the transition period between the new and the old, which promoted the liberation of Chinese modern marriage and family, spread the correct view of marriage and love, and encouraged people to establish the new family based on love.But the resistance in the period of change also makes the process difficult, complex and repetitive.The study of family ethics in the Republic of China from the magazine Linglong and the analysis of the family theory of the Republic of China are helpful to further understand the development and evolution of family ethics in China.
