虐妻型家庭暴力刍议

【摘要】：虐妻 型 家庭 暴 力是 家庭 暴 力中 最常 见 的一 种 形式 ，它 严 重危 害 妇女 的身 心 健康 ， 阻碍 社 会的 发展 与 进步。本文 从虐 妻型 家 庭暴 力 的特 征、成因 及对 策 三个 方 面进 行了 论述 ，以 期 全方 位保 护 妇女 的合 法 权益 ，促 进社会 的稳 定与 发 展。
[Abstract]:Wife-abusing domestic violence is the most common form of domestic violence, which seriously endangers women's physical and mental health and hinders the development and progress of society. This paper discusses the characteristics, causes and Countermeasures of wife-abusing domestic violence in order to protect women in an all-round way. Legal rights and interests promote social stability and development.
