公司分立过程中,如何保护股东利益

【摘要】：公司分立是一个复杂的法律行为,其不仅包括公司财产的分割、股东的退出及重新进入,更伴随着财产的分割和股东等利益相关人的利益重新分配,利益冲突无所不在。因此,现代公司法将股东平等原则和股东利益公平保护确立为基本原则。
[Abstract]:The separation of companies is a complicated legal act, which not only includes the division of company property, the withdrawal and re-entry of shareholders, but also the division of property and the redistribution of the interests of stakeholders such as shareholders. The principle of equality of shareholders and the protection of interests of shareholders are established as basic principles in modern company law.
