【摘要】：正【交通运输部网站11月21日讯】11月21日,交通运输部印发了《长江干线恶性天气等条件下船舶禁限航管理规定》(交安监发[2016]204号),内容全文如下:第一章总则第一条为规范长江干线恶性天气等条件下船舶禁限航行为,预防水上交通事故发生,保障水上交通安全,依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《中华人民共和国内河交通安全管理条例》等法律法规和规章,制定本规定。
