租售同权时代的政府角色定位

【摘要】：正推行租售同权的目的主要有以下几点:一是给长期居高不下的房地产价格降降温;二是解决城市中及大量涌进城市的符合居住条件的人群尤其中青年人的住房问题;三是解决长期历史中形成、并被老百姓诟病的孩子上学难、就业难、就医难、养老难等问题。各级政府在"租售同权"时代,应是"广阔天地"大有作为的,具体来讲,应努力做好如下几方面工作。一是扩大财政投入,着力打造年轻人租得起的廉租房。"租售同权"所指的房屋,是指政府着手打造的产权属于政府的"廉
